Description Of Issue
The iPad is not recognising Core on the same network. Have deleted and reinstalled app - no difference.

Please advise.
Thank you.

Description of your network equipment would help.

Apologies Ged. Roon remotes Macbook Pro 13 inch (2012) iPhone7 plus and i-Pad Mini4. Roon Core Innuos Zen Mini Mk11 Roon End Point Opportunity 205 Blu Ray Digital Player.

As discussed previously all Roon remotes are working with the exception of the iPad Mini. It cannot find the core. I have tried rebooting, entering the IP address etc… and no luck. Thx AR.

Hi, have you granted the Roon app access to the LAN in Apple’s iOS settings?

PS Ged was asking about the networking equipment… devices such as the router and network switches that you may be using.

Thanks guys🙇🏽‍♀️
