Problem Logging into Qobuz inside Roon

Description of Issue

I am setting up a new Roon Core but I can’t login to Qobuz inside Roon. I have changed my Qobuz password twice and rebooted my Mac twice but I am still unable to login to Qobuz. No problem logging directly into Qobuz.
I have read multiple threads concerning similar issues and tried the solutions to no avail. I really love Roon - up until this I have been able to resolve the problems I’ve had - but this one leaves me with no streaming.

Are you using email address or username to log in? It seems usernames can cause some issues.
