Problem playing specific Qobuz content

I can confirm I see the exact issue that @fgm is having. I can play anything/everything, but if I go to Wallflower (and some of her other albums) I can replicate this exact behaviour. Roon seems to go into panic mode, I cannot play anything at that point, cannot get back to Overview or Qobuz, just the Roon symbol on the screen. The only thing that will work is Roon Radio. Shutdown and restart of core resolves the issue, as long as I don’t go and play Diana Krall I am fine…weird…

So, where are you situated? I’m in the Netherlands, and I can play the Wallflower (48 kHz/24bits) album from Qobuz with no problems.

PS I only have a Qobuz subscription - I don’t use Tidal.

Going to refine how I see this problem here, as I just tried again. I can start playback of Wallflower, it plays - as soon as I fast forward to next song, Roon is fubar…Can anyone who seems to be able to play Wallflower without issue try that sequence to see what happens. ?

Hello @YYZ, and thanks for your report! I’d like to get reproduction steps and a diagnostic report to our QA team so we can take a closer look at the issue. Could you please:

List any steps that you’re taking to get Roon in this state
Could you please confirm that after rebooting anything but this track plays fine?
Could you please attempt to play the track one more time, and reply here with a timestamp when you do?

This should be sufficient information to pass to the QA team, thanks again!

Timestamps - 19:21 CET (Amsterdam) using iPad as remote and 19:31 CET (Amsterdam) using MacBook Pro as remote.

I’ve been non-stop playing on Roon all day - no issues. I’ve repeated it twice in 10 minutes with same result - here’s the steps.

Searched for ‘Diana Krall’
Selected Wallflower (Deluxe Edition)
Selected Play
1st song starts and plays
Press fast forward to 2nd song
Roon locks up, blue bar at bottom going left and right

From that point I can no longer do much. Going to Overview hangs with Roon symbol. Going to Qobuz brings up albums, but none will play (same as above, blue bar going left and right). Also cannot play music from my local collection (same result as above). Only thing that will play is Roon Radio.

If I leave it spinning trying to play this song, I will eventually get the message that ‘This track is not available on Qobuz’ - then it repeats the procedure on the next song. If I leave and try to play something else on Qobuz, I get the same result, but then I got a dialogue ‘Error Loading Page…’

Reboot of Core resolves all issues (until I dare go near Diana again…)
