I recently had a hard drive crash and so I restored the drive from a backup. But it had been awhile since I had run the backup so it wasn’t completely up to date. So I restored the Roon Database (or tried to) from the most recent Drop-Box backup (backed up from within Roon). Once it was finished, I launched Roon and got the message capture in the photo above: “There was an issue loading your database.”
