Just to make sure we are on the same page here
the ADL GT40A is not being recognized by the application, correct? If this is indeed the case, can you please verify if you are making use of any antivirus applications or firewalls on the device that the DAC is currently mounted to. If there are please temporarily disable these functions and confirm if this yields a change in behavior.
