Description of the issue
after the lock screen on tab 4 samsung is swiped to unlock the data in the roon app is gone… the app is still running but the screen is blank and you need to go back to the menu in roon…playing from tidal.
Can you please provide some more information here?
What is your Core machine and what kind of operating system does it use?
What is the model/manufacturer of your router, any switches, range extenders, powerline adapters, ect. in this setup?
What exactly do you mean by “the data in the Roon app is gone”? Do you see a jellyfish logo appear? Is it just completely blank? Can you possibly share a Screenshot when you’re in this state?
You mentioned that “you need to go back to the menu in Roon” to resolve this issue, which menu are you talking about? Is it the Overview menu? Something else?

Thanks for submitting those screenshots. It is possible that your Android device is running out of memory here, can you please try to reboot the tablet, exit out of any other apps and see if that helps resolve the issue?
