Problem with Roon App

Since today I can‘t enter to Roon (Roon Nucleus), after I‘ve found out, that I can‘t start any music with the app and I had to re-enter my password. I tried already to restart the Roon Nucleus my router etc. Several times, but I can‘t enter the system anymore.
After I entered my name and password, the system always says, that I schould check my. Internet connection, althoug all other devices have access. Strange?
Especially at a sunday, where I would have time to enjoy music, its a bit frustrating. Hopefully the problem will be resolved soon.

Usually this means that for some reason the Core can’t talk to Roon servers. (Other devices might have internet access, but either the Core hasn’t or the Core has Internet in principle but still can’t talk to Roon servers)

There are several older threads about this. In some cases, rebooting everything fixed it. In others there was a network misconfiguration or firewalls blocked the Core. Did anything change in your network?

Thanks for your fast reply! Really appreciated.
In the meantime I could again manage to have a functioning Roon. The mistake was on my side - I found out why. I have an app to my Wireless Router (Amplify), where you can „deactivate“ your different machines - and while I was looking to that page 2 days ago, I unintentionally deactivated my Nucleus - so after finding that out I activated again the Nucleus and after a while everything was again working as usual. Sorry for the wrong alarm from my side.
I‘m a big fan of Roon since the beginning on and use it almost every day.
