Description of Issue

Upgraded both Core and remote to latest version of Roon.

Tidal subscription is not recognized within Roon. I’m able to input my account info and it links to Tidal but will not proceed beyond the spinning wheel on Roon Services Page (next to Edit button).

I have no problem login in to Tidal directly and have tried with Tidal open as well as closed on my computer. I mostly listen to Tidal on Roon and have no other services connected so for all purposes I’m not currently able to use Tidal.

As final piece of info. I have not been using Roon for some time prior to doing the software upgrade but have made no changes to my computer setup or wi-fi etc. Everything is exactly as it was when Roon was working with last version of software.

Please advise how to proceed. Thanks.

Hi @NAT3970,

Sorry to hear you’re having issues getting Tidal synced! As a first step, lets clear the Tidal Cache file tied to your account:

  • Exit out of Roon
  • Find and open your Roon database
  • Navigate to /Library/Roon/Cache
  • Move the contents of the /Cache folder elsewhere, like your desktop
  • Try restarting Roon and verify if the issue still occurs

I’ll be on standby for your status :+1:
