Problema installazione ROON su Windows 10

non nuovo a questo problema, sono riuscito a far partire Roon sul mio pc solo 2 volte in 20 giorni.
Configurazione windows 10 64 bit, processore i5, installato sia il core che roon sullo stesso pc.
Scheda grafica integrata intel hd 4600, ultimo driver aggiornato al 2020 (non ce ne sono altri più recenti).
Provato decine di volte ad installare e reinstallare, il programma parte, trova il core sul PC premo collega, dopo aver inserito le credenziali di accesso, esce schermata bianca con logo animato roon e resta li.

While you’re waiting for @support to come in on Monday, try an experiment.

You say that you installed both Roon and Core on the same PC. You don’t need both. Roon has everything you need, i.e Core, Control, and Output.

People install Roon and Roon Core on the same machine, mostly out of confusion. It isn’t necessary and it just complicates things.

Just bring up Roon and see if that makes a difference.

Le persone installano Roon e Roon Core sulla stessa macchina, principalmente per confusione. Non è necessario e complica solo le cose.

Basta richiamare Roon e vedere se questo fa la differenza.

Ho dimenticato una cosa importante, ho a monte della linea lan un PFsense che fa da barriera. Hoprovatoa disattivare il firewall di windows ma il risultato non cambia

Grazie xxx ho provato a disinstallare e poi installare solo roon ed ha funzionato.
Il problema è che dopo aver spento il pc ed averlo accesso, richiamando il software sono ritornato al punto di partenza ovvero non parte, schermata bianca e logo roon animato.
Qualche suggerimento?
