Even if you are having issues using it, it is not a good idea to post the code in a public forum.

I noticed that you have done this in two separate threads - the other one being: [Link Removed]

Edit: Changed the link so that the link itself does not show the code.
Edit 2 - removed the link to the now closed thread since it can be used to access it and then discover the code (from the thread title and the image.

@frederic.robert59, I have removed images containing the code from this thread and the duplicate linked below. However, since you posted these on a third party site, you’ll need to take them down there.

Publicly posting the codes, which were unique to your purchase, may invalidate the code if used by someone else.

Roon support will respond in due course.
