Problems Loading Billing Page

Why does roon log in to set up new PC ASK for details credit card and cvc you enter it and loads then goes straight back to the same page??? then you load the SAME CVC THAT LETS YOU LOAD THE PAGE THEN SAYS WRONG INFORMATION!!! This drives me crazy . when my membership runs out i’m done with this peice of S##T. VERY VERY VERY ANNOYED!!!

Hey @Joe_Nelis – we took a look and it seems like you have a membership in good standing, with an updated credit card. You shouldn’t need to update your credit card information right now, unless I’m missing something.

Can you give us a few more details about exactly what you’re trying to do? Are you installing Roon? Moving Roon to a new machine? Trying to update your billing information again?
