Description of Issue

I’m new in Roon, I have just installed Roon yesterday.
When I launch it after installation, everything is ok,
Once I start again my computer and launch for a 2nd time Roon, I can see the white windows of Roon popup, and then nothing, it refuse too launch…
I had already uninstall and reinstalled Roon, but the same issue occure.

Yes, could you tell me how and where to get that log please ?

You may find the instructions on how to get logs, on this page.

I found the Roon_log.txt and zipped it.
But, perhaps I’m stupid, but didn’t find the way to send you the file, the only kind of files i’m authorized to send you is images…

It`s better to zip the whole folder named “Logs” with the Roon_log.txt files inside. You may share this archive via Dropbox/Google Drive/Microsoft OneDrive - it depends on which cloud storage you are using.

i’m not sure it will bring the key.
I click on the icon, then the roon windows pop up and stay white and blank, the cursor show something is being loaded, but nothing happend, the roon windows stay white and blank even after an hour.

Do you really think you need a video to see that ???

Could you please follow the steps described in this article? And also, please share your Event Viewer logs (in the same article it is written how to get them) for analysis.
