Description of Issue

I purchased a Roon Nucleus Serve in 2019. The device runs since then flawlessly with me, I have only problems to load the Roon 2.0 software. My peripherals (iphone and ipad), which I use as a remote control recognize the new software and load it immediately when updating. But then I can’t connect them to the Roon server anymore. When I search for new server software on the server I get the message that it is up to date with Roon 1.8. What can I do to load the new software? Maybe you have a tip for me.

Please try reinstalling Roon OS via the Web Administration page:

Hey @Juergen_Drumm,

@Axel_Lesch suggested a great next step in troubleshooting here. I wanted to check in and see if you were still running into connectivity issues with your Nucleus?
