Problems w/ Roon fully loading, album artwork, album download

Description Of Issue

Roon doesn’t appear to fully load. The spinning circle is still spinning after 600 minutes. When you find an album on Qobuz or Tidal, Roon gives a message “This album is taking longer than normal…background”. The album never appears to add to the library, but it shows in the album view w/o artwork, even tho’ it showed the correct artwork when you added it. If you the edit the album from the album view, Roon finds the artwork and updates.

Was this setup working for you previously? If so, were there any changes around the time that you started noticing this?

The setup was working fine. No issues, no changes.

Hi @Craig_Martin ,

Is there any change in behavior if you try to reboot your Nucleus Core? How are your DNS servers configured, are you using Cloudflare DNS, Quad9 or Google DNS?

I shut the Nucleus+ down (disconnected the power) then reconnected it. Nothing Changed.

I don’t know about my DNS servers.
