Tidal is not working- despite the fact that I can see in Roon that the right Tidal account is active

Connected audio devices are Lindemannn Limetree bridge as a Roon endpoint before my dac from MHDT .

Just to confirm, it shows that TIDAL is connected in Roon but it’s not working properly? Are you able to browse content just not play it? What happens when you try to play? Do you get any errors?
