Problems with connection

A few months ago I had a problem connecting my iPad to my Roon account. The problem
was resolved at that time by (if I recall correctly) a simple restart; but I am not sure.
The problem has returned. My iPad screen states “waiting for remote core”.
Can you help me in reconnecting to my account? Thanks Jim
