Problems with Roon arc

I have problems with ROON arc after my internet provider changed the main internat station in the house. The error is this:

I still have problems after my router has enabled uPnP

I have contacted my internet provider at the router is now enable to allow ROON arc to work. Since I just had a new fiber box installed and ROON arc worked before - I thought this might have been the issue. But apparently something else is going wring.
