Problems with ROON core setup on 251D QNAP NAS

I had the ROON core setup and it was working well with my endpoint, but then I updated my QNAP NAS to the latest software (4.5.4.1723) and now when I try and open up the ROON app, the system tells me “could not verify session id.” I tried to delete the app and reinstall on a “RoonServer” folder but I still get the same message.

Hi @Steven_Cohen,
Could you try access the web administration from your local network with the local IP address of your QNAP?
I am just assuming, that you’ve accessed your QNAP NAS with a different method (correct me, if I am wrong here).

Thanks for the response, Chris. Turns out that I logged into my NAS a day later and opened ROON and it just … worked. No idea why.
