Describe the issue

I can't click the Playlist button, it won't even hover. I don't have this problem when in full screen. It looks like there is a gradient shadow that cover the button.

Describe your network setup

I'm having this issue on Windows 11 with a screen resolution of 1920x1080.

Can you scroll in the sidebar to pull it it of the unresponsive area?

Probably it’s the same as this, which has been open for a long time:

When scrolling all the way down I have a zone of maybe 2-3 pixels in height that respond to the mouse. That’s better than nothing but still not very usable. I agree it’s the same issue so I’ll follow the other thread.
Thanks.

I’ve merged your support request into the existing one to keep everything together. Thanks for your understanding.

Well it has been a really long time for this issue to still be in the pipeline and unresolved, so just checking to make sure it is still active and if there is an ETA on it?

I got a “ticket in” response to a similar request 5 months ago. But all that happened was the thread was closed 10 days later with no progress…

Thanks. I reported it back in July 2024, then ticket #1442 was created in August 2024. I have been checking for a status occasionally and the last update said it was still in the pipeline.
Not sure why this is taking so long but wanted to make sure it is still active.

Looking for an update on ticket #1442. Is this still in the pipeline, is there an ETA?

I never got an estimated date for this to be corrected. It looks like Suedkiez may have tried to email me but I cannot reply to the email, it is from a no-reply email address so it bounced back.

Looks like it is still not fixed :frowning:

This must have been a notification that the forum sent out because I may have replied to a forum post by you. There are a few posts by you further up in the topic to which I replied.

Hey @Douglas_L_Smith ,

I wanted to touch base with some good news, a fix for this issue is in progress and is currently in QA testing. I can’t comment on when exactly it will be ready for release, but please keep an eye out for the fix being mentioned in our Roon Software Discussion > Software Release Notes or Early Access > Software Release Notes section!

Got it, thanks.

That is good news! I realize sometime the problem is caused by a change (in this case probably Samsung) in the maker of the device used for Roon but glad Roon may have a solution soon.

Well it looks like the solution for Ticket #1442 was successfully implemented. As of the last update a few days ago, the link for Playlists is working again on my Samsung Galaxy S24. Thanks Roon!
