Problems with uploading and updating my iTunes playlists

(Operating system/System info/Roon build number)**

Core PC967/ I have a Mac book pro 13/ OS Catalina

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)

I am using an ethernet to connect my Sotm 200 to internet. And a usb audio device to connect Sotm 200 to my Dac audio gd 19 NOS

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)

Mainly my MacBook pro connected via bluetooth

*Description Of Issue

Since I have installed my Roon system last September, with my Sotm 200 device, the system has uploaded only once my playlists from my iTunes library. No more. The new songs are uploaded but the playlists are never uploaded and updated.
I have to confess that I am not a tech or IT savy and my English can be limited.

Hi @Badara_FAYE,

The Apple Music app on macOS Catalina no longer automatically updates the XML file with playlist information that Roon uses. You’ll need to manually generate the XML file when you want Roon to sync with iTunes.
