We haven’t forgotten about you and there remains an open ticket for this issue with the Roon development team. As the ticket progresses through the investigation pipeline toward a fix, we’ll post regular updates here. Unfortunately, I don’t have an update at this time, but as soon as there’s motion, we’ll let you know.

While it’s been some time, this ticket is still in the queue. There are very few affected users and the team has been unable to reproduce the issue. However, we have identified the issue and believe we can alleviate symptoms. I’ll let you know once this makes it into a release. Thank you!
