Prog and Proud!

Just posted this in the Rock thread but it really should have gone here first.
CD just arrived and I noticed they have made BandCamp downloads available earlier than originally planned

This is stunning. Takes me back to the seventies as a teenager. Anderson is now 80 and still singing well. The bass and guitar are fantastic. Sounds like Chris Squire reborn. The drums seem almost mid point between Bruford and White. Perhaps a bit more like White. Keyboards are good.

Nothing purely prog, but maybe some people here would be loving it as much as I do:

New album by Envy of None, with Alex Lifeson on guitar, out today.

Currently sampling this on via LMS from BandCamp at 128Kb MP3, so it’s only an approximation of what it would sound like should I buy it

You posted Zeppelin in a Prog topic?

No idea, unless you are referring to the Mrs Valens credit?

Yes wrong thread , jumping between several , it happens.

Now I see it. Boggie indeed. Mine seems to have the correct spelling.

Its’ not a mistake. A couple of lyrics were lifted from a Richie Valens song and since he was dead, they gave the credit to his mother.

I don’t think @RodS was talking about the Mrs Valens reference. Check the spelling of the song on Rod’s copy. :+1:
