I have a roon ready PS Audio digital lens that will not connect. I am not famiiar with the platform and cant navigate at all. please send help soon

Please supply a little more information, what are you using for the Roon core, how is it connected and what are you using as Roon remotes?

Welcome to the Roon Community. Thanks for writing in to ask us about this issue. Like @Glimmer pointed out we need more information in order to help you out. Does the PS Audio digital lens appear in Roon settings → Audio page? Can non-Roon sources play to the speaker?
