PS Audio DirectStream DAC and Control4

Description Of Issue

I have a client that is running the Roon server on his PC and the player is a PS Audio DirectStream DAC. He would like to control it with c=his COntrol4 system. I added the Roon core driver and set the IP address to his PC and the Core drive connects but is telling me to update the driver. Then when I go the player driver and look for the player it is blank. Will this type of setup work with Control4?

In order to use C4 natively you need the Nucleus product as core. I don’t know if there are other ways to get Roon to work with it, but the officially supported method involves buying hardware.

Hi @Chad_Johnson1,

Control4 integration with Roon requires a Nucleus. You can read more about our integration with Control4 here.
