PS Audio DSJ unable to connect to Roon

Description of Issue

Until today, Roon connected automatically to my PS Audio DSJ via Bridge 2.
Now it is calling the DSJ: PS Audio CDMCM-210 and states that it is uncertified.
Please advise.

Thanks for your reply Martin. Running Roon from a laptop with Windows 10. Not sure of the number of tracks, but there are 2,208 albums. PS Audio forum link is more that five years old, so is referencing old software on the DSJ, which has been updated several times since. Never had any issues previously with Roon or DSJ.

For next steps, we’ll need to enable diagnostics on your account and take a look at your roon logs. Please use the directions found here and send over a set of logs to our File Uploader.

If possible, are you able to provide more information on what firmware you’re running?
