Purchased Allo DigiOne player to my iFi iDSD Micro. USBridge better choice?

Having second thoughts on which is better for my headphone rig.
I have my laptop feeding audio via the REGEN to iFi iDSD Micro. REGEN also powers the Micro which is convenient.

So I want to add a Roon Endpoint to feed the Micro instead of the laptop.
Noticed that the SPDIF input on the Micro doesn’t handle MQA (USB does).Maybe not a big deal but anyways.
No wired ethernet so wifi is available only (for USBridge the wifi dongle needs to be added, yes?)

Is the USBridge able to power the Micro?
I can of course still use REGEN in the setup USBridge - > REGEN (powers also the Micro)-> Micro but maybe REGEN is unnecessary in this setup?

Can the DigiOnePlayer power the Micro via its USB ports or do I need to add a power supply? I can always use the REGEN for powering the Micro if needed.
What are your thoughts?

I have decided to swap the digiOne for the USBridge. Searching in other Roon threads helped me in that decision. Great community:smiley:
