QNAP NAS Roon Music folder is not seeing/scanning the Music Folder

Team, I am running the latest QNAP Roon App and latest MacOS Roon application. The QNAP (TVS-682) is running the latest 5.x software. I recently did a full reset and the Roon software is no longer “seeing” or “sees” it and is no longer actively scanning the folder to import the music and process it accordingly. I tweaked the Guest folder permission to Full Access and/or Read access with no positive results. I have attempted to force Roon to Force Rescan and it makes a very momentary effort and ceases. Any best practice solutions/troubleshooting would be appreciated. The Path within the Roon Mac app is as follows: NAS → QNAP TVS-682 → Roon Music.
