Qobuz access via Roon

Hey @support,

Need some help.
I re-activatet my Qobuz this morning 8 hours ago … can play stuff via the app but not in Roon. I’m logged in.
What’s going on?

Have you tried rebooting the roon server.

Yep
Running ROON ROCK…
Restarted the SW and unit itself…Doesnt help
All content is displayed…when pressed on one…it say…No Results…
Have used Qobuz before with no isues…so…
Could it be…ROON have some delayed contact to Qobuz?

I’ll move this to support as I’m not sure it wil get the right attention under Qobuz.

Are you logged in via Roon? Logged in to app irrelevant.

Logged in via ROON first…when it doesnt work…then the app itself…

The other things to try are logging in and out of the Qobuz service in roon (you may well have done this already)
Secondly, deleting the roon cache is often suggested. The same cache is used for tidal and Qobuz.

  1. Quit Roon (or RoonServer)
  2. Find and open your Roon or RoonServer folder
  3. Locate and delete only the cache folder ( Roon/Cache )

Do any Qobuz favorites appear in your library?
