Qobuz account cannot be linked to Roon

Description of Issue

I have an Qobuz account which I also can access. But Roon prompt to enter Username and password. This is not working. Changing password in Qobuz and then try it all over again does not help. (Username for Qobuz should be email I think in Roon as I discovered in historic issues). System will show ‘loggin in’ for a long time and then show a “Network Error, please check your connection”. What to do to link Qobuz again to Roon?

I don’t know if this will help, but have you tried disabling the firewall on your Mac and router?

Thanks for suggestion. Firewall was already switched of. Finally closing and opening Roon solved the problem… Topic closed.
