Hello @halawaska

Thank you for reaching Roon support.

  • Log out of your Qobuz account
  • Stop the Roon Server from running.
  • Find and open your RoonServer database
  • Navigate to RoonServer/Cache
  • Move the contents of the /Cache folder elsewhere, like your desktop
  • Try restarting Roon Server via the WebUI and verify if the issue still occurs
  • Log in to your Qobuz account.

Let us know how it goes afterwards.

Hi !
how do I stop the roon server from running on my headless mini pc ? should I log out ? Its running on a headless Ubuntu mini pc and it had to be installed by a professional because to run on a linux pc it is super complicated to install a roon server and the complete opposite of user friendly. If I log out from my laptop, will it be able to log in again without having to plug my mini pc to a screen and enter commands on the terminal ?

Hello @halawaska

Thank you for the update.

Regrettably, not but seems you have been affected by the recently discovered issue between Roon and Qobuz described here

It is already working in the EA build, but switching to it will require terminal access directly or using the SSH connection. If it is too hard, my only recommendation here would be to monitor our updates and wait for the next production build update.
