Qobuz is running fine with my account on Mac App, iPhone and Webplayer. Changed Qobuz Password. Still the same problem. Tidal and internal SSD on NUC 13 pro i7 are fine.

Hey, @Rolf_Reuter. Welcome to the forum. Does the same issue happen on the Qobuz web player, or are you able to play full tracks there? Can you please try to clear out your Qobuz cache?

  • Exit out of Roon
  • Stop RoonServer via the Web UI
  • Find and open your Roon database
  • Navigate to RoonServer/Cache
  • Move the contents of the /Cache folder elsewhere, like your desktop
  • Try restarting Roon and verify if the issue still occurs

Let us know if this helps!

Thank you for your help. I have been logging into Qobuz App and Webplayer and it was playing. Sorry, I have not checked about the 30s (which I am familiar). Found out the the yearly Qobuz payment bounced because of new CC and warnings in spam! It is all up and working again by now. Thanks again for your support
