Describe the issue
I get an error red message saying Upgrade your Qobuz account. The account is active.
We pulled the diagnostics from your server. Your Roon Server is reaching Qobuz normally: the login succeeds, and your Qobuz library and playlists sync without any errors. So this is not a connection or a login problem.
What Qobuz is returning with that successful login is an account with no active subscription on it. That is what produces the “Upgrade your Qobuz account” message. Your library still syncs because favourites and playlists sync on free accounts too, which is why everything looks normal apart from playback.
Two things to check, please:
In Roon, go to Settings, Services, Qobuz and note which email address is shown there. Then sign in at http://qobuz.com as that exact address and look at your subscription page. If the address in Roon is not the one you pay with, that is the whole answer, and you can sign out in Roon and sign back in with the right one.
If it is the correct address, please check on that subscription page whether the plan is still active and has not lapsed or reverted to the free tier.
Please let us know what the subscription page says for that account.
