Qobuz add date problem

after updating to the latest Roon release today, all my Qobuz albums got bumped to an April 25, 2026 add date and now my library is seriously out of order.

This issue was I pointed out in EarlyAccess program a few weeks ago. There are no solution shown before Production release. (@support)

Hi

Same here, same issue

In this topic, the author said it was fixed after a second reboot:

If not, there are support topics already:

Right before my eyes about two minutes ago, all my qobuz records just auto-magically updated to an April 28th, 2026 add date. Sucks.

Open a support ticket if you haven’t

This is why I do not update yet. I wonder if there is a way to roll back, install previous version of Roon and recover from a recent backup?

But Osamu wrote that this issue was pointed out i EarlyAccess a few weeks ago, so Roon must know this was going to happen.

I can’t find it in early access. There’s also no guarantee that the cause is the same for everyone. After all, not everyone sees the problem in the first place

As @Suedkiez says - your best course of action is to open your own support request, rather than posting “me too” messages in Roon Software Discussion, which is not monitored by the support team at all.

If issue threads are found to have a common cause, the support team, or the moderators, will merge threads into a main tracking thread. Thank you.

Well this is it.

Same “Date Added” for Qobuz and TIDAL albums in Roon (ref#9F3AB1)

Well that was opened in Support and not in Early Access where I looked, because you had written:

Sorry for my confusion of post location.

No worries, it only matters that you reported it and Roon Labs know. Would have been nice to understand and fix it before production release, but what can you do.

You are right, thank you. I took the chance and updated, and my Qobuz added date did not get more messed up than they were before.
