Experiencing similar issues. Nothing will play on Innous Zen Mk3 streamer today. Getting “Too Many Failures”. All software is up to date. Thats with Qobuz.

Hey @javiercastro1974,

While we appreciate you writing in, bypassing the details with our support typeform make it much more difficult to find you a solution in a timely manner. In the future, please select the option that best matches your specific issue type instead of simply selecting “other”, as this form was created to help diagnose issues while gathering information and it will allow the support team to be able to best assist with your specific issue type.

@Damian_Styga we kindly ask that you also follow the above, and create your own issue thread using the below typeform link. Thank you!

We’ll need more details around your network setup, how is your server connected to your router? Please set up a direct ethernet connection from your Innous machine to your router, and see if you run into the same issues.

With that, we’re not able to connect to your Roon Server to enable diagnostics, if you could please use the directions found here and send over a set of Roon Server logs to our File Uploader?

Lastly, we have seen users have a better experience in the past if they change their Router’s DNS servers from the ISP provided ones to Cloudflare DNS, Quad9 or Google DNS. Can you please give this a try and let me know if it helps?

We’ll be on standby for your reply. Thank you!

Please disregard. Resetting Innous did the trick. Not sure why I had to do it but nothing else worked. Running it in Roon Core mode.
