Qobuz Albums in Roon do not have all tracks available

Description Of Issue

There are a number of albums that come up where in Roon only certain tracks are available, yet in the Qobuz app they are all available. Why is this? I am using one login from the UK only no VPN or anything. Is Roon not using my geolocation properly to determine if tracks are available in my country?

Latest Smashing pumpkins album just released in Roon I get this the first 10 or so are available but then the rest are not.

On Qobuz I get this

This was released today, so for this particular album it may well be stuck in synchronization.

The album is there though and in Roon so it would be synced surely. I would understand it not showing up at all not certain tracks.

I really don’t know but it was the only explanation I could think of :slight_smile:

Same here, only first 9 available to play in Roon. All tracks available on Q.

Since this is a new release and these tracks just became available, there might be a slight delay in when this updates in Roon to reflect this. We have information about this here. You have our apologies for the inconvenience!

Hmm never had it with tracks on an album before only whole albums not synced to Roon. Annoying none the less that half the album is available.

I’ve had this frequently with Qobuz - that not all tracks are available. Usually turns out that the album is not scheduled for release for a month or two, so what you get in Roon is a sort of preview.
