I wanted to reply to this topic, but it’s closed. With the latest update to build 1525, my Qobuz albums still don’t show up in my library. When I go to the Qobuz - My Qobuz page in Roon, I see them - but not in the library.
I rebooted, signed in and out of Qobuz etc. multiple times and followed all the suggestions in the thread to no avail. It is very disappointing that it has been more than 5 weeks now since I have been able to use Roon properly.
Thanks for writing in! Sorry to hear you’re still having Qobuz issues - we’ve since pushed a fix that helped most users, so we’ll need to investigate your issues separately.

With that, do you have any VPN or third-party security software active on the Mac?
How did you create a Qobuz account initially? Did you use an email to sign up, or a username?
If you used a username, can you test out using your Qobuz email instead? With that, are you using a free or paid Qobuz account? Roon is no longer able to integrate with free-tiered accounts, unfortunately.

I’m not running any VPN or security software on the Mac.
I use a paid Qobuz account (Studio). I initially signed in using my Qobuz username. I just logged out, rebooted, and signed back in with my email address. Doesn’t seem to make a difference so far.
Can you please share a few example screenshots of the issue you are experiencing? And to clarify if you navigate to Roon → Albums and Roon → Tracks, they are not there? Please note that if you only have one track added from the album it may show up under Tracks.
If you try to add the Qobuz album to Roon, does it then show under Recently Added? If you click on the More button in Recent Activity, do you see any other Qobuz albums listed there? Just to clarify, you have added new Qobuz albums to your Roon library in the last 46 days?
a) Yes - it gets added to the library and shows up under Recently Added.
b) If I click the More button I don’t see any other Qobuz albums.
c) I have not added new Qobuz albums the past 46 days - since this issue started occurring. However, I added one new album to my Qobuz favorites just now (Bon Iver - SABLE, fABLE) and it showed up in my library right away. Nothing is happening with the older favorites though.
Would you advise me to add the missing favorites to the library manually?
I have exactly the same issue, hopefully we have not to add manually as i have thousands of albums marked, all are gone in roon. If I logout on qobuz, do y cleanup of the library and logon again, no albums are added. I have again to add them manually
