Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

· Dear Roon-Staff,
there are a couple of albums I have in Qobuz that are not visible in Roon. I cannot find them with the Search and they do not show in my library as a favorite.

Please see below some links of affected albums. Note that these albums show in Qobuz's native apps but also in BluOS.

Hi @Sebastian_Wilck,

Thank you for the report. The first album we’re able to find within Roon under the discography of the artist within Roon.

The soundtracks we can confirm aren’t visible within Roon. If you can play them in the same geolocation from the Qobuz native player and other Qobuz-API reliant apps, then we can likely rule out geo-restriction. We’ll escalate to see if there’s something unique about these objects that is failing to carry over. Please stand by. Thank you!

@connor Thanks for your reply. The first album is now visible for me too. It took some hours to show after it was added via Qobuz’s native app. But the soundtracks are still not visible as you said. If there is anything you can do about it that would be great. I can confirm I can play them in my geo location with the native Qobuz app and BluOS.

Hi @Sebastian_Wilck,

We’ve escalated this report and our team will work with Qobuz to sort out the discrepancy. The metadata for these albums is entirely missing from Roon’s cloud servers, so we’ll need to identify the reason for exclusion and, if possible, include these albums in the next background catalog sync.

Since we don’t ultimately control the timeline, we’re going to allow this thread to auto-close. This will proceed behind the scenes from here. Thank you again for the report.
