Qobuz Albums Suddenly Unavailable in Roon (ref#6RUV6J)

Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

· Music won’t play or issues with my library

Music won’t play or issues with my library

· Streaming tracks greyed out or unavailable

Tell us what's going on

· I just became a lifetime Roon user 2 days ago after spending the last few weeks saving/organizing about 600 albums in my Roon library. Today I realize that most of the albums/tracks (accessed via Qobuz) show as "Unavailable" in red.
My Qobuz account is active and plays normally in the Qobuz app.
Browse → Qobuz works in Roon for some albums.
New Qobuz albums (that I had never added before) can be added and played in Roon. About half of albums that I had added previously can no longer be played (from my Albums library, or when I use the Roon search bar).
It looks like about ~80% of my existing "Qobuz library" albums are now suddenly showing as “Unavailable” and can't be accessed through Roon.
Critically, when I attempt to remove an "unavailable" album from my library, it does not get removed.
ChatGPT claims, "This suggests orphaned or duplicated streaming library objects that cannot be cleaned up via the UI."
I believe my Roon database may need a service/library repair or reconciliation. I would appreciate any help.

Tell us about your home network

· I have a T-Mobile 5G Gateway (cellular signal). Model: FAST 56888W. I had set up a new 2.4 GHz network to troubleshoot another issue (setting up Dirac Live on a new receiver) and I noticed that the computer hosting the Roon Core all the sudden was connected to that new network for some reason. I noticed this after realizing the Roon issue. Not sure if that could play a role.

Just to add, here's an error message I'm receiving: ![IMG_2882|230x500](upload://eMGfLd7icIWK2I2rQ3IKJeNkLUg.png)

Hi @Dan_Brown2,

Thanks for the detailed description — before we dig deeper into diagnostics or database-related troubleshooting, there’s one important first step we should rule out.

Could you please try signing out of Qobuz in Roon and then signing back in?

You can do this via:
Roon → Settings → Services → Qobuz → Log out, then log back in and let Roon resync the service.

After that, please let us know:

  • Whether the previously unavailable albums become playable again
  • Whether you’re now able to remove albums that were previously stuck as unavailable

If the issue persists after re-authenticating Qobuz, we can move on to the next steps.

Thanks — we’ll take it one step at a time.

Oh, thank the baby jesus, that worked. After re-authenticating Qobuz, the problem is solved. I’m so relieved (I was so bummed out). I love Roon! Many thanks!
