You probably added this album to your Roon library a while ago and the label later replaced the version on Qobuz with a different one. Hence, the object you have in the Roon library does not exist anymore and Roon cannot replace them automatically.
Look in the Version tab of the album you have and the newer version should be in there. Otherwise, search for it again.
Album versions get retracted and replaced all the time. It’s annoying because if you change/fix any metadata the edits are lost. (There’s several feature requests around that issue).
If you go to My Tracks and create an inverted Focus for „available“, you see all that are unavailable.
Thanks for confirming — and sorry for the confusion.
What you’re seeing is expected behavior when Qobuz replaces or withdraws an album version in their catalog. Even relatively recent releases can be swapped out by the label (for licensing, metadata, or mastering changes), which makes the original version in Roon unavailable.
Since the correct version is now showing and playing as expected, everything on the Roon side is working normally.
We’ll go ahead and mark this thread as resolved, but feel free to open a new one if anything else comes up.
