Qobuz and Tidal Playlists Not Appearing in Roon (ref#15KYHS)

Neither Qobuz nor Tidal Playlists Appearing in Roon

None of this is relevant to the issue I'm experiencing

Troubleshooting thus far: Checked Settings>Services>Roon AND Tidal> Edit and both are syncing. Also, tried to add playlist from Browse>Qobuz AND Tidal>Playlist X>Three Dots>Add to Library and that option is greyed-out in both Qobuz and Tidal.

Finally, checked Settings>Storage>Music Folder and it indicates that it is watching for files in real time and if I click three does>Edit>Import other playlists it is toggled to yes.

Well…I might’ve found a PARTIAL solution. I toggled “Import other playlists” off and then on and the missing playlists appear in my Roon Playlists BUT “Add to Library” is still greyed-out.

Thanks for reaching out to us about this issue. I believe that the "Add to library button being grayed out is expected behavior when you have the tracks in your library already as I see it on my Roon installation as well. Do you have any trouble playing these playlists?
