Man this same thing happens to me very frequently, but not every single time. TIDAL plays just fine, but Qobuz will take 20 or 30 secs to load a track, if it ever even loads at all. Were you able to ever find a solution?
Try a different DNS server. I prefer 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1
My ISP (AT&T) doesn’t seem to allow that change
