· Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing the known issue of Qobuz content being progressively removed from the Roon library after startup, and wanted to share my specific case in case it helps the team.

Here is my situation:
- I recently migrated to a new Roon server and restored my most recent backup
- After restoration, all my Qobuz favorite albums and tracks were correctly visible in my library
- A few hours later, all Qobuz content disappeared from the library, even though I am still connected to the Qobuz service
- My favorites are still visible under My Qobuz → Tracks and Albums, confirming the Qobuz connection is working
- Disconnecting and reconnecting Qobuz did not fix the issue
- Restoring the backup again temporarily brings everything back, but the content disappears again after a few hours

Thank you for looking into this.

Hi @Dominique_Cheraki,

Thanks for the report. We’re looking into the issue around Qobuz date added, but it sounds like something else is going on on your end.

Please let us know the exact local time and date when the content starts to disappear. We’ll enable diagnostics for your account and see if there are any clues in the logging.

Hi @Dominique_Cheraki,

We haven’t seen a response yet to this thread. Are you able to share the name of a Qobuz album that disappeared for us to pinpoint the event in logs? Thank you!
