Qobuz content not loading in Roon despite login attempts (ref#Q1EEDL)

Describe the issue

Qobuz content is not loaded from yesterdays until now even log out then log in. But I downloaded the Qobuz app in my device then it works well for me to listen music while I choose items I like to go to that album and click one song I chose.

Thank you for your post. We have a few questions that will help illuminate some errors we’ve pinpointed in diagnostics.

Do you rely on a VPN or proxy server for regular Roon use? What about Qobuz?

What is the language you are currently using in Roon?

I didn’t use VPN for Roon. I use Chinese language.
Tonight I’ve tried doing albums loaded from Qobus and this issue is gone already. Seemed likely working well now. I would continue to check and see if this issue was completely fixed.
