Qobuz disconnected from Roon

Qobuz worked fine with Roon. Now says disconnected and won’t connect through services. Qobuz works on my phone and Savant system otherwise. Help.

Reboot your roon core a couple of times until it comes back.

I rebooted. All is well. That was a dumb thing not to start with. That said, why is this happening so frequently? We do have occasional power outages, but I find I have connectivity issues over an otherwise robust wifi system quite often. Thanks!

Hi @Brooks_Amiot,

It’s really hard to tell without looking at the instances on a case-by-case basis. One possibility is that a brief blip in connectivity loss could cause something like this to happen.

If you have the issue again, please note the time/date and if possible; the name of the song. We’ll be happy to review your logging and dig deeper.
