Description of Issue

Qobuz is not working, Just stopped out of the blue. Qobuz appears normally, but as soon as I try to play anything I get an error message that it can’t load the file. I have tried updating firmware and software. I have logged our of qobuz, power cycled and logged in. Still nothing. quobuz works on any other device I have. Also, only one roon radio station works, but it works fine. Any help is appreciated. Not much of a tech guy, so need step by step help. Thanks in advance.

Sorry for the delay - the Support team have a long queue of issues to address following the release of Roon 2.0.

A few questions to give them some more information and help diagnose your issue:

  • Do you have local files in addition to the Qobuz service? If so, do they play normally?
  • Do you get an error message when you try a non-working Live Radio station? If so, what is it?
  • Can you post a screenshot of the Web Administration page of your Nucleus?

Hi @Scott_Julian,

Thank you for your patience in awaiting a response.

I would be curious to know the answers to some of, @Geoff_Coupe’s questions such as how local files (if any) behave when played.

On my side, I have enabled diagnostics and see a whole host of errors related to network connectivity. These errors happen with our authentication servers and Qobuz as well. Example below:

10/20 15:06:55 Warn: [qobuz] [http] error result from http request: System.Net.WebException: Network is unreachable (x.x.x.x:x)

What kind of modem do you have? Is there any other form of router being used in your setup? Managed or unmanaged switches?

Thanks,
Wes
