Description of Issue

12 days after last time, my Qobuz favorites are no longer in my library once again. They are still on Qobuz itself, and they show up in Roon under the Qobuz, myQobuz pages. I know this has been an issue that resolves on its own but can Roon admin find a solution, notify Qobuz, and/or tell me who or how to notify the proper contact in Qobuz admin?

Last time it took 24 hours to resolve, I’ll post a follow up when they are back.

They returned after 24 hours and then disappeared again.

Hi @CoralRad,

When this occurs, does force syncing your Qobuz library help under Settings → Services → Qobuz (Edit)? What is the last sync time indicated in this window for you? Please share a screenshot.

Doesn’t seem to matter if I force sync with Qobuz, see below screenshot. When this occurs, my play queue has items deleted, the home page list of what I played recently also has items deleted. Only waiting seems to help. Most of the time it is at least 24 hours before the library reflects the total number of Qobuz favorites.

I think it happened again last night, but this time was different: When I first opened Roon there was a message that I was not logged into Qobuz. I closed Roon. When I reopened a few hours later I was logged in and my favorites were back, but the play Q and the list of recently played albums had most everything I’ve done in the last week(s) missing from the “recent activity” box. However, I think the “What you’ve been listening to box” was accurate.
