Qobuz favorites do not appear in Roon

I have the same problem: my Qobuz favorites are not showing in Roon.

Make sure to describe your network configuration/topology, including any networking hardware currently in use, so we can have a clear understanding of how your devices are communicating.

Please also confirm the following:

  • What is the region of your Qobuz account?
  • Are you able to locate and play Qobuz content in Roon outside of your library?
  • Have your Qobuz favorites previously appeared in Roon?
  • Are you able to add Qobuz content to your Roon library from within Roon?
