I have just received a Nucleus One and set it up with Qobuz, which I have been using on a PC successfully for some time now. In the Nucleus, it will not show me Qobuz track favorites. It shows Artists and Albums, but says no favorite tracks, which I have many. When I click on My Qobuz, I get error loading page, check network connection, which is clearly fine, since I am getting Artists and Albums. Appreciate any help. I reset the DB and re-downloaded the software, with no fix to the issue. Thanks.
You’re unfortunately experiencing a known problem with Qobuz integration - the team is urgently preparing a fix alongside Qobuz. We will announce in the thread linked above as soon as the fix is prepared for release.
