Qobuz favourites not syncing to Library (ref#HIIASL)

Describe the issue

My Qobuz “favourites” are not showing in the Album, Artist and Recently added. They are, however, available via the Qobuz link in the menu. Playlists are not affected, nor are my own files, just Qobuz.

Describe your network setup

Sky Internet stock router, ROCK on NUC connected by Ethernet. Remotes all connected by WiFi. No power lines/extenders/access points for any audio devices

To add to this, I have tried (so far)

Rebooting Server
Disconnecting Qobuz
Clearing Cache
Cleaning Library
Restring from Backup
Rebuilding Database

Don’t worry, it’s a known issue. This has happened to me more than once and all the albums have come back. Take a look here:

I put in a separate ticket about this this morning and none of your suggestions worked. Also, Roon has not responded to my ticket.
