Describe the issue My Qobuz “favourites” are not showing in the Album, Artist and Recently added. They are, however, available via the Qobuz link in the menu. Playlists are not affected, nor are my own files, just Qobuz.
Describe your network setup Sky Internet stock router, ROCK on NUC connected by Ethernet. Remotes all connected by WiFi. No power lines/extenders/access points for any audio devices
To add to this, I have tried (so far)
Rebooting Server
Disconnecting Qobuz
Clearing Cache
Cleaning Library
Restring from Backup
Rebuilding Database

Don’t worry, it’s a known issue. This has happened to me more than once and all the albums have come back. Take a look here:

Thank you for the reports.
The symptom of this bug is an erroneous, incremental removal of Qobuz items from a library instance during library sync. This will occur shortly after startup for those affected. These items will not be permanently deleted from your Roon database, and they will obviously be retained in your Qobuz library independent of Roon. A restart of your database will temporarily relieve the issue. A manual sync of your Qobuz library in Settings → Services may also …

I put in a separate ticket about this this morning and none of your suggestions worked. Also, Roon has not responded to my ticket.
