Qobuz files skipped or unavailable on Roon playlist/shuffle (ref#F3PEHO)

Qobuz files get skipped in playlists or on shuffle - Roon says they are not available on Qobuz. If I manually select the shipped song, it almost always plays. Help?

Roon server on Mac mini hard wired to Orbi router. Roon clients connected wirelessly or hard wired to Orbi satellites
